- contains any material which is defamatory of any person
- contains any material which is obscene, offensive, inflammatory, vulgar or hateful
- promotes sexually suggestive (or explicit) material
- promotes violence or self-harm
- promotes discrimination based on race, sex, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, religion or social standing
- infringes any intellectual property or other rights of others
- is likely to deceive any person
- is made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence
- promotes any illegal activity
- is threatening, abuses or invades other's privacy, or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety
- is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person
- is used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity
- is used to impersonate any company, person or other entity
- gives the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case
- advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse
- which links to any third party websites which are unlawful or contain inappropriate content
- sells advertising, sponsorship or promotions on or in connection with content except where explicitly authorized by us
- which involves revealing any personal data of another person (i.e. information enabling someone to be identified or contacted)
- is a duplicate of other content/ads that is already live
- contains mainly links or references to third party content
- advertises a role/task/job that is paid below the minimum wage requirements of your location
- uses the wrong type of ad for the task or job advertised (eg. use a task listing for a full-time job and/or vice versa)
- simply asks the candidate to sign-up with another website
- requires a fee or payment to find a a candidate or job
- combines different roles or tasks in one listing
- is generally of low quality or indicates spam
